Cisco Collaboration Engineer (Implementation & Support N2) LATAM / Remote

We are looking for an experienced Cisco Collaboration Engineer (Level 2) to join our implementation and support team. This is a remote position open to candidates across Latin America (LATAM) .

The ideal candidate will have more than 4 years of experience providing support and implementing Cisco Collaboration solutions , including Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Unity Connection, Expressway, WebEx, and UCCX .

This position requires strong technical skills in VoIP, SIP, H.323, MGCP, SCCP , and a solid understanding of voice gateways, encryption (TLS), and Cisco security best practices .
