Roles & Responsibilities

General functional and administrative management over team members Coordinate the work and tasking of team members to ensure appropriate levels of coverage that supports CIRCs follow‑the‑sun, 24/7 work schedule model Identify and address operational requirements specific to CIRC Develop, document, and formalize standardized global incident response processes, as well as determine key stakeholders and gather current best practices Manage the review of proposed/new alert detection logics as well as the fidelity of active alerts Manage incident‑handling of critical severity cases. Coordinate conference calls and meetings relating to declared incidents Maintain situational awareness of incidents from other units/organizations that may require CIRC involvement.
