Role Purpose:
Manage and conduct financial and compliance audit projects for business divisions’ functions.
Role Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Evaluates internal controls and determines areas for improvement.Reviews all operations on a daily and periodic basis according to the instructions of regulatory firms, top management and internal audit committee to ensure compliance with rules, laws, regulations, policies and procedures.Reviews all Retail Clients’ Mortgage files, including client’s application & personal data, collateral property, investigation report, legal report, technical report, insurance policies, credit report, tripartite contract, letters of attorney, disbursement memo and loan amortization table.Reviews portfolio acquisition and low-income clients before and after disbursement to ensure the compliance with the predefi...
