We’re looking for kind, calm and dedicated Children’s Support Workers to join our Care Expert Team across Mid & West Cornwall .

At Bluebird Care Mid & West Cornwall, we support children with complex needs to feel safe, understood and cared for — at home and out in their community. This support also gives families reassurance, consistency and peace of mind.

You’ll provide one-to-one support with daily routines, personal care, communication, confidence and community activities.

This is a meaningful role for someone who wants to make a real difference to children and families.
