About the Role

Munichre Service Limited, part of Munich Re (MR), the world's largest reinsurer, is looking for a Chief Underwriter, Hong Kong & Taiwan to lead the efficient risk management function of Life Health Reinsurance HK. You will develop underwriting, claims, and overall risk assessment and risk management processes and oversee daily team operations.
This is a hybrid position, based in Hong Kong and reports to General Manager, Life and Health, Hong Kong & Taiwan.
Your Role
Develop risk management strategies and plans following the strategy of Life Health Greater China; organise team activities according to the risk management plans and client prioritisation 
Establish underwriting principles through coordinating with the Regional Office; ensure the underwriting procedures follow MR standards 
Manage the efficient delivery of underwriting and claims management services to support the pricing and client service team in their dail...
