Our client is an early-stage Swiss biotech in regenerative medicine / cell-based therapy, moving from successful early clinical safety data to building a commercially viable, scalable manufacturing platform. This is a hands‑on leadership role to set up and run the in-house technical program focused on 3D cultivation.
Responsibilities
- Build and operationalize the Lausanne R&D lab (equipment selection, setup, and day‑to‑day technical execution)
- Lead development and optimization of 3D expansion in bioreactors
- Drive the R&D program
- Own the CMC strategy and documentation for the evolving manufacturing process
