• Develop and execute the organization’s technology strategy and long-term architectural
roadmap.
• Lead modernization of core systems into scalable, secure, and cloud-ready architectures.
• Establish technology standards, frameworks, and governance across engineering and IT
teams.
Engineering & Delivery Excellence
• Lead engineering, architecture, QA, and DevOps functions for timely, high-quality delivery of
technology initiatives.
• Implement modern development practices including CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and
agile ways of working.
• Ensure stability, performance, and continuous improvement of all technology platforms.
