Chief Security Officer

MAIN PURPOSE

OF THE JOB:

·Lead the local implementation of the Security Operating Model, agreed between Group Chief Security Officer (CSO) , Chief Operations Officer (COO) and Local Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

·Create/update the Security Operating Model in accordance with AXA Group Security Operating model, policy, and/or guidelines, Philippines laws, and AXA PH local entity policies and guidelines, subject to approval of Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and/or Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

·Act as a key advisor to local entity Executive Leadership team (ELT) on security matters, including Information Security, Operational Resilience and Physical Security ( risk management, cybersecurity, security control, monitoring, information privacy, operations, identity access management, security architecture, forensics, physical security and operational resilience)
