Title:
Chief Process Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
+ Lead process engineering and design, including process configuration and optimization studies.
+ Perform and review process simulations and prepare Process/Utility Flow Diagrams, Heat and Material Balance, and Utility Balances.
+ Create and review Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
+ Prepare and review process equipment datasheets and instrument datasheets.
+ Conduct relief and blowdown studies, relief load scenario analysis, and flare network calculations.
+ Perform and review process calculations for equipment sizing and line hydraulics.
+ Develop process design philosophies and operating guides.
+ Participate in and lead technical discussions during process workshops such as PHA/HAZOP and others.
