Chief Operating Officer - Reports to CEO & Board

Hybrid – Downtown Toronto | Immediate Hire

As the COO you'll own all execution, financial performance, and operational discipline across the business. This is a true enterprise operator role - full company P&L accountability, Board exposure, and oversight across HR, Finance, IT, Player Support/CS, Product, and Engineering.

What You’ll Own

• Full revenue and margin accountability with tight forecast accuracy
• Quarterly Board reporting and KPI-driven strategic narrative
• Oversight of VP Product & Monetization (revenue, retention, ARPDAU, LTV, margin)
• Annual operating plans, reforecasts, capital allocation, and cost discipline
• Company-wide planning cadence, dashboards, and decision-right clarity
