Oversee the full delivery lifecycle of client onboarding, resource planning, project execution and quality control, issue escalation and resolution, invoicing and billing accuracy

Ensure alignment, accountability and performance across internal and outsourced teams.

Act as the operational lead for third-party client requests.

Support light commercial activities including project scoping and feasibility, delivery planning and client satisfaction and retention

Track and improve operational metrics such as delivery throughput, cost control and client outcomes.
