The COO will lead the day-to-day studio operations, driving efficiency and operational excellence; focusing on creating a high-performance environment.Our client are an established provider with global Tier 1 agreements, meaning the COO will inherit strong foundations to build upon - with resources available to drive a positive transformation across multiple locations and deliver a best-in-class business.The ideal background for the COO is someone experienced in the Live Studio environment and has a track-record of aligning, scaling and motivating globally dispersed teams. The COO has P&L responsibility for the business.
