Marcilly Recruitment is seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to support a high-profile UHNW Chairman with extensive global business interests.

This is a senior, hands‑on role acting as a true right‑hand across both business and private affairs. The successful candidate will oversee the Chairman’s office, manage key relationships and ensure seamless coordination across all professional and personal commitments.

This position would suit a highly experienced Senior Executive Assistant who has naturally progressed into a Chief of Staff capacity and thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. This Chief of Staff role is business focused and only candidates who have been based in an UHNW founder‑led business will be contacted.

Salary: AED 55K-AED70K p/m DOE
