Unity Growth Fund is a Washington DC-based venture capital firm focused on private investments in cutting-edge technology companies. Our portfolio includes 25+ category-defining companies such as SpaceX, Databricks, Stripe, Anthropic, Figure AI, Cerebras (IPO-bound), and Robinhood (IPO).

As we scale rapidly, we are looking for a Chief of Staff to work closely with our senior leadership team and play a critical role in driving execution, operational excellence, and organizational alignment.

The Chief of Staff will act as a strategic and operational partner to leadership-ensuring priorities move forward, teams stay aligned, and critical initiatives get executed. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys turning strategy into action.
