What you’ll do
As a Chief HR Strategic Program Management Expert (f/m/d), you will lead complex, high-impact, board sponsored HR programs that shape the future of SAP’s HR Strategy. Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, you’ll drive transformative initiatives across multiple HR pillars, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure outcomes that align with SAP’s business goals.
In this role, you will:
Lead with authority. Take ownership of large-scale, strategic HR programs, managing every stage of the lifecycle from conceptualization to execution and go live.
Strategically manage the program scope. Actively identify changes in scope, reassess requirements, adjust plans, resources, and budgets accordingly.
