The Role

The Chief Financial Officer will lead group-wide financial strategy, reporting, and risk management across multiple subsidiaries. This role will oversee budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax, and audit functions while supporting the board on strategic and investment decisions. The CFO will play a central role in enhancing financial controls, improving cash flow discipline, and supporting M&A or expansion initiatives. Close collaboration with CEOs of operating companies will be essential to ensure financial alignment and performance accountability.
