Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Finance Director

A manufacturing organization specializing in plastic injection operations and undergoing a strong phase of growth and operational transformation is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Finance Director to lead the company’s end-to-end financial strategy and execution.

This role holds full responsibility for the Finance and Procurement functions and works closely with the CEO and Operations leadership to drive profitability, strengthen internal controls, optimize working capital, and professionalize financial and plant-level processes. The CFO will play a key role in implementing and executing ERP-based financial and operational processes to ensure data accuracy, financial discipline, and scalable growth.

The position requires a hands‑on leader with a strong operational mindset, capable of translating financial strategy into measurable results on the plant floor while supporting the organization through its next phase of professionalization and expansion.
