Chief Engineer

Job Summary:

The Chief Engineer is responsible for the overall management, operation, and maintenance of all engineering and technical systems within the property or facility. This role leads the engineering team, ensures optimal performance of building systems, enforces safety and regulatory compliance, and supports property operations through effective planning, budgeting, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:Engineering & Facilities Management

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of all building systems including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and auxiliary equipment.
• Ensure facilities are operating efficiently, safely, and in compliance with local codes and regulations.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
