Chief Engineer

We are looking for a Chief Engineer to lead the technical and engineering operations of our mall. This role ensures the safe, reliable, and sustainable performance of all building systems—covering mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), HVAC, and other critical infrastructure. The Chief Engineer plays a key role in operations, safety, energy efficiency, project management, and team leadership, directly supporting the mall's strategic and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Maintenance
Oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of all building systems
Develop and execute Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules to maximize uptime
Optimize energy and water management systems
Manage technical resources and respond to merchant/operations engineering needs
Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with building codes, fire safety, and environmental regulations
