About the Role

  RESPONSIBILITIES 
 Create policies, provisions of Technical Department under the Property Manager’s directions
 Maintain and operate all technical systems including air-conditioning system, hot/cold water systems, ventilation, and generators to ensure these systems are always in good operation
 Assist the Property Manager in the training of professional fields
 Assist the Property Manager in the costs planning for technical systems
 Directly supervise contractor to maintain and repair in the Building area
 Prevent the effects of weather that influence to infrastructures, both inside and outside architecture
 Create the connection within departments such as reception, public sanitation, security in order to provide the highest service to the customers
 Control and maintain inventory as well as tools and supplies
