Chief Electronics Engineer

Our client, an electronics manufacturing business, seek to appoint a Chief Electronics Engineer to manage the design and development activity of a team of electronic engineers whilst retaining their own design portfolio. The appointed Chief Electronic Design Engineer will have at least 10 years' experience in electronic engineering with at least 5 years' experience in a senior / principle design engineer role taking the lead on the design of complex RF systems.

You will need to be a well educated, highly technical and analytical engineer with a background in RF electronics to be able to handle the technical workload. You also need good people management skills to manage a diverse multi-disciplined engineering team.
