About the Role

Responsibilities:
Act as the CCO registered with the CSSF and the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) for the company's services providers
Implement and enforce the Group Compliance strategy in Luxembourg
Communication and rollout of group compliance policies and processes locally
Oversee and review the completion of all regulatory reporting and the submission to the relevant regulator as required in terms of CSSF
Regulatory engagement on an ongoing basis
Establishment of an end-to-end compliance and financial crime framework for the PFS regulated entity (drafting of compliance policies, implementing a monitoring and creating general compliance awareness across the business)
Perform horizon scanning and monitor conformance with applicable laws and regulations covering a diverse field
Ensure the timely reporting of compliance risks and incidents within the regulated entity<...
