Financial Management- Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger entries.
- Assist in budget development and monitoring for residential properties.
- Oversee cash flow management and forecasting.
- Manage banking relationships and reconcile bank statements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Analyse data to identify trends, variances and opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement.
