About the Role
Job Purpose
- Responsible for overseeing the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of accounting operations and financial reporting across assigned entities within the Group.
- Ensures compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements, while driving process optimization and cross-functional alignment.
- Perform duties in accordance with Malia Group policies and procedures.
Duties And Responsibilities
On Accounting Operations & Reporting
- Prepare the weekly consolidated maturity list and ensure accurate prepayments reporting through close coordination with the team
- Lead the preparation of monthly bank reconciliations and address discrepancies with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain and update the Chart of Accounts and open new bank accounts as required
- Ensure accurate and timely import of payroll data and Journal Vouchers from supporting sys...
