The Role...

You'll be working within the Department of Defence's R&D team to assess the effectiveness of detection and protection solutions used to combat chemical warfare agents and toxic industrial chemicals. You'll also be working on investigating and developing new solutions.

The primary focus will be on the fluorescence properties of highly toxic chemicals (HTCs), the assessment of molecular-based chemical sensors, and the assessment of vibrational spectroscopic methods and techniques.
