Job Description:

1. Assist in the general administration of the department and to act on behalf in his/her absence.

2. Ensure good and proper running of the laboratory including stock of chemicals, manpower deployment and shift arrangement and other employee.

3. Track and maintain records, process deviations and complaint from customers and ensure implementation of the necessary measures agreed to avoid repeating similar mistakes.

4. Review the results and approve the qualities of incoming CPO, oil processed to ensure within control limit/specification.

5. To provide timely feedback and recommendations on the inspection and testing results.

6. Implementation of equipment in the laboratory and maintain good and proper records of all activities related to above.
