Chemist

We are looking for a Chemist to develop, maintain, and optimize production processes and formulations. In this role, you will help ensure consistent product quality, Right First Time performance, and stable, efficient production, while supporting continuous improvement and operator capability.

This position will be based in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan and reports to Senior Chemist.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer-friendly products in line with Jotun R&D process guidelines by preparing, testing, and evaluating raw materials to ensure product performance and compliance with brand specifications and customer expectations.
• Prepare and release formulations for lab colour matching, RTLs, and new product production, including defined QC and process specifications with optimized process parameters.
