Role Purpose
Develop, qualify, and sustain wet/dry etching, cleaning, and surface-treatment processes on glass and related substrates to enable safe, high-yield, cost-effective manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Support process development and sustaining: Assist in developing, qualifying, and maintaining wet/dry chemical processes for cleaning, etching, surface treatment, coating, and related operations across multiple product platforms. Execute experiments and DOEs; collect data and prepare summaries and presentations. Participate in root-cause investigations and corrective/preventive actions using structured methods (e.g., 5-Why, fishbone, DMAIC) with mentoring.Manufacturing support and continuous improvement: Support troubleshooting of process upsets; perform routine checks, verifications, and calibrations for critical tools and metrology.
