Chemical Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead area process engineering team to define, implement and sustain manufacturing processes for production to achieve operation excellence in safety, quality, yield and cost performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Identify opportunities and manage projects to develop solutions to address process related challenges. Define project goals, develop project plans, assign tasks, monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure processes are designed and optimized to meet quality standards. Work with relevant parties to ensure that the processes are validated and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coach the team to maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures and project activities.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.
