About the Role
The Chemical Engineer will support the process, production, and quality teams in optimizing latex compounding, extrusion, leaching, and curing operations for natural rubber thread manufacturing. The role involves data-driven process control, production efficiency analysis, and hands‑on plant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily monitoring of production parameters (temperature, pH, TSC, viscosity, etc.)
- Analyze production and quality data to improve yield, consistency, and throughput
- Support process engineering trials and R&D scale‑up activities
- Collaborate with maintenance and QA teams on troubleshooting production issues
- Assist in implementing process automation, waste minimization, and energy‑saving projects
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards
