The Catering Department at Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust is seeking a skilled Chef to join our dedicated team based at Pinderfields Hospital, where we proudly serve over 2,100 visitors per day. As a Chef, you will play a vital role in ensuring the consistent delivery of top‑quality meals and maintaining the highest standards across our kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and cooking of all meals and menu items, including special diets, in accordance with the standard recipes and agreed menus.
• Ensure that all dishes are properly cooked and attractively presented, and advise and assist with service as required.
• Undertake food preparation and service in the restaurant areas, including order service, special dishes on theme days and any other special events as required.
