About you
You will hold relevant certifications and have a comprehensive understanding of Food Safety Laws and Occupational Health and Safety in a kitchen environment. You will have demonstrated experience in all facets of food preparation including managing a team, menu planning, preparation of daily meals ensuring they are fresh, well-presented and appetising.
