Gills Indian Cuisine Upper Coomera is looking for a Chef for our restaurant in Upper Coomera QLD 4209. The candidate with experience in cooking Indian dishes including Curry's, breads, Staters, desserts, and great with food presentation is highly advantageous.

The potential candidate must be able to work with the rest of the staff, manager, highly organised, and can comply with workplace health and safety requirement.

You must have relevant qualifications in cookery (Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Certificate IV in Comercial Cookery or Kitchen Management). Also, related experience for at least 1 year is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Developing menu items and collaborating with the manager to manage costs and expenses.
2. Preparing, cooking, and presenting food and ensuring the dishes are of the highest quality and are cooked according to set menus.
