The Position
Prepare and deliver fresh, high-quality meals for school students and events

Lead daily kitchen operations while maintaining safety and quality standards

Mentor and support kitchen staff, fostering a positive, service-focused culture

Ensure full OH&S compliance, following safe work practices and food handling procedures

Manage stock levels and ordering to meet budget requirements

Support training and development of apprentices and junior chefs

The Person
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)

Food Safety Supervisor Certificate

Experience as a Chef 

Skilled in bulk cooking with a strong focus on quality and presentation

Excellent time management, attention to detail, and food safety knowledge
