Requirements: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, a commitment to quality and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment across the following tasks:
- Determining production schedules and staff rosters to ensure the dine-in and take away segments of the food preparation function are well-staffed across a seven-day trading week;
- Tailoring relevant menus with management that best reflect the desired tastes and flavours of the customer base;
