What you will be doing

- Support the Head Chef and step up when required
- Maintain HACCP standards and kitchen compliance
- Keep equipment in top condition
- Plan daily prep lists for efficient service
- Ensure OH&S compliance and safe practices
- Mentor and induct new staff
- Contribute to team meetings and uphold our Code of Conduct
