$ p/h +12% super + penalties 
Varying shifts - Monday to Sunday

The roles will see you interacting with local and international guests, and no two days will ever be the same.

THE POSITION
Preparing the service with delicious food using first class produce.

Ensure OH&S compliance, adhering to safe work practices and food handling procedures.

Ensure all catering controls are in place, and wastage is kept to a minimum.

Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, infection control and cleanliness in accordance with Compass standards.
