About the Role

We’re recruiting a Chef Manager for a prestigious Business & Industry site in Canary Wharf. This is a standout opportunity for a Chef Manager from high-end contract catering to step into a flagship London site, offering an excellent Monday–Friday schedule with 2pm finishes and genuine work–life balance.
The site is focused on fresh, modern food with a strong street-food and hospitality offering. You’ll lead a brand-new kitchen with state-of-the-art equipment, delivering breakfast, lunch and hospitality for 300–800 covers daily, with full creative input and operational ownership.
The role
Lead the day-to-day food operation across a busy B&I site
Manage a new, fully equipped kitchen and BOH team
Deliver breakfast, lunch and hospitality to a high-volume customer base
Drive food quality, standards and consistency
Work closely with senior stakeholders and clients on-site
