About the Role

The Maintenance Manager will lead the development and implementation of the overall maintenance program for the manufacturing and packaging equipment. Reporting directly to the Maintenance & Reliability Director, this position will collaborate with the plants and business leaders to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the maintenance function to increase machine reliability and reduce downtime.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Develop and implement agile activities, new techniques and methodologies to drive reliability and improvement within the maintenance function

Serve as a change agent for maintenance reliability initiatives by driving cultural transformation and adoption of continuous improvement practices

Promote team work and collaboration

Establish road map, work standards and best practices to eliminate operational waste

Ensure compliance with maintenance systems, processes and procedures
