About the Role
Excel Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced Chefs to work across a variety of client locations throughout Limerick City and County. These roles are primarily within contract catering and food service environments, offering mainly Monday to Friday daytime hours – perfect for achieving a strong work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook fresh, high-quality dishes to a consistently excellent standard
Ensure full compliance with HACCP and all food safety regulations
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen
Work collaboratively as part of a professional kitchen team
Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
Deliver outstanding food quality, presentation, and service at all times
