Ranong Town is a restaurant offering Asian cuisine in Ferntree Gully, Victoria, specialising in dishes from Southern Thai cuisine which is heavily influenced by spices used in Malaysia and Indonesia and uses lots of curry paste and spices. We strive to provide an authentic taste of Southern Thailand.

We require an experienced Chef with demonstrated strong knowledge of Southern Thai cuisine and authentic Southern Thai ingredients and flavour profiles, demonstrated experience in preparing traditional southern Thai dishes and working in a high-volume kitchen environment, and demonstrated ability to prepare curry pastes and sauces from scratch.
