The Role
As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for the effective management of your section within a fast-paced, high-volume events environment. You will play a key role in delivering consistently high-quality food across a diverse range of events while working closely with Sous Chefs and the wider kitchen brigade.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and run your allocated section during preparation and service
- Deliver consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control
- Prepare and execute menus for events ranging from intimate functions to large-scale services
- Work efficiently to meet tight event timelines and service schedules
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety
- Follow and uphold HACCP, food safety, and WHS requirements
