We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team in The Bloody Stream in Howth.

The ideal candidate for the role will have:
- Haccp trained
- Maintain a high quality of our menu and its presentation
- Assist our head chef with the overall running of the kitchen
- Be efficient and have a proven ability to work under pressure
- Ensures our dishes go to the customer in a timely manner
- 2+ years experience in a similar role of a busy kitchen environment is essential with a drive and enthusiasm to learn
- Works well in a team and a busy kitchen
