- Keeping on top of daily inventory needs, coordinating with the Executive Chef to ensure ingredients are always fresh and available
- Using classic cooking methods and top-quality local ingredients to create bold, hearty dishes that celebrate our unique surroundings
- Supporting kitchen efficiency by managing prep time, reducing food wastage, and helping maintain cost-effective operations
