The Position
• Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes with consistency and care
• Support menu delivery with a focus on nutrition, allergens and dietary needs
• Maintain kitchen organisation, cleanliness and food safety compliance
• Champion OH&S standards and actively minimise wastage
• Work collaboratively with Head Chefs, Chef Managers and service teams
The Person
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Chef in a café, venue, corporate dining, education, hotel or high-volume kitchen environment
• Professional, reliable and confident in communicating with both kitchen and service teams
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and a commitment to quality
• Comfortable working across a variety of sites including Education, Corporate and Venues
• Able to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check
