About the Role
CASA VIBRAZIONE PTY LTD located in Mount Hawthorn WA 6016 is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in line with menu specifications and established recipes
- Planning and developing menu items in collaboration with management
- Estimating food and labour costs and assisting with stock ordering and control
- Monitoring the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
- Demonstrating advanced cooking techniques and advising on cooking procedures
- Ensuring food is stored, handled and prepared in compliance with food safety standards
- Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen equipment, work areas and storage facilities
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations and workplace health and safety requirements
