We’re looking for a Chatbot Specialist to join us at Telia.

I’m Jerry Villa, Head of Online Sales, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us.

What you’ll do

  • Take ownership of daily operations for the chatbot, ensuring continuity, monitoring performance, and analyzing customer journeys to optimize the digital experience.
  • Develop and support stakeholder collaboration, managing and updating digital content in line with conversational design guidelines.
  • Create comprehensive reviews of customer feedback and analyze digital journeys to proactively identify technical errors or areas for improvement.
  • Consult and collaborate closely with digital sales, marketing, and customer care teams to translate user insights into clear optimization steps.
  • Monitor the daily performance, logic flows, and technical operational stability of the chatbot interface to secure a seamless customer experience.
