Job Description:

Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
Ability to handle multiple chats and tasks efficiently
Positive attitude with a customer first mindset
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and systems
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online communication tools
Strong problem-solving and time management skills
