Overview

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat platforms
- Engage in friendly and professional conversations with customers
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and any other queries they may have
- Maintain accurate records of all chat interactions
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Willingness to work on a contract basis without prior experience
- Visa sponsorship will be provided for the selected candidate
