Key Responsibilities
- :Prepare and consolidate annual budgets and rolling forecasts for all group companies
- .Review and support contract finalization from a financial and compliance perspective
- .Analyse actual performance against budgets and identify key variances with corrective actions
- .Support the MD in financial planning, cash flow management, and capital allocation decisions
- .Develop dashboards for real-time monitoring of revenue, cost, and profitability metrics
- .Compile, analyse, and present monthly MIS reports for all units to the MD’s Office
